This was my initial character design. His name is Somes, and is a bit of a bookworm who loves to travel, draw nature, and loves books. I really liked it, but I couldn't really think of any stories for him. So I moved on...
...to this guy. I like this character a little more. He's Gartie, the scardy gator. I have a couple of story ideas. I plan on doing strips for him, since he seems to be suited for sweet and short storytelling.
good start so far! Can't to see what else you got. Make sure to play around with different shapes and sizes for the character, a happy design accident might come out of it.
